Mohammed Abdul-Aziz’s presentation was about substance abuse; he dug deep into the subject; he talked about from where they came from, how to make them and he added which country had the most valuable drugs such as opium; also he exposed the drug dealers who sold different kinds of drug at different prices. He talked about the consequences which a lot of people who are hooked up in these kinds of drugs suffer from: skin cancer, lung and heart diseases. He also told us the positive side of one of the drugs called marijuana (weed), that it cures a certain kind of illness and the kind of people who use weed are actually seniors to help them go to sleep and a lot of teenagers also tried at least to get out of their normal life and set them to the world which they always imagined where nobody can annoy them. Overall Mohammed’s presentation was excellent; he said that a lot of companies are trying to offer cigarettes for money but Mohammed said it looks like it’s all for greed and money that a lot of dealers are trying to take from us; also he answered the students' questions very well in a good and educational way.

Reflection Of Khalid's Presentation
Today I saw and learned about Khalid Hasan’s presentation about the importance of valves that are being used in factories and the information about their source. Khalid talked about their purpose and how many types, shape and sizes of valves and how every piece is unique and how every part controls a certain amount of water and pressure, controlling the fluid’s direction (horizontally and vertically) and every valves actuates air fluid magnetic force. Khalid’s presentation about the subject seems very hectic but he broke it down to the simplest form, by naming and defining different valves; one of them is called Gate Valve and another one is called Ball Valve. Both are small and the Gate Valve advantage helps the commitment of water flow and it doesn’t allow water going the other way around. He told us the disadvantage of a Ball Valve is that it doesn’t handle a big amount of pressure. He added what the valves are made of; it could be from copper to gold. The purpose of the valves was to purify and launch the selected liquid through the pipes. At the end of the presentation he answered the student’s questions very well and in a logical way.

Reflection Of Our Presentation About Drugs
My point of view of the whole procedure of illegal drugs in the UAE was thought of by all three of us (Alabed, Abdulla and myself) and it was a fantastic experiment. Start with Alabed who came up with a lot of interesting ideas; he concurred with the procedure professionally and with a lot of fascination he kept up a great job in all levels. Same as with Abdulla Al Marar without whom, this maybe would have been a failed experiment; he kept his will and passion to the max, as well as, he was the backbone of the whole process and with my guidance we accomplished a great program and a great agenda.

The Chairman Abdullah opened the meeting at 10:22
1. Strengthen border security.
Alabed suggested sending out trained canines to find the drugs in hidden places. Abdullah added that a good idea would be to install machinery that cars drive through and it will display all of the hidden substances in the car. Mohammed agreed.
2. Increase awareness in magazines and in news broadcasts.
Mohammed suggested that news stations should broadcast ideas of which parents will learn how to teach their children the dangers of drugs. Alabed recommended putting real stories of drug addicts in newspapers and magazines. Abdullah proposed the idea of school programs in which students can be told of the dangers of drugs.
3. Introduce new tactics to capture criminals.
The idea of Installing cameras in alleys and most suspected areas was introduced by Mohammed. Mohammed and Abdullah also agreed upon using members of the authorities as undercover agents to capture the perpetrators. Alabed accepted this solution.
4. High consequences for perpetrators.
Mr.Hedley pointed out that there is a death penalty for the distribution of illegal drugs, so the whole group agreed that it isn’t a good idea.
5. Treatment of drug addicts. (Detox Centers)
The solution of increasing more detox centers was agreed upon by the whole group due to the number of lives that can be saved.
6. Strict rules on Pharmacies.
Abdullah said that some pharmacists will assign addictive medication to patients without much thougt that the patient might get addicted to it. Alabed strongly recommended that strict rules and consequences be put to prevent such accidents. Mohammed approved Alabed’s advice.
In conclusion we decided that:
1. Increasing awareness about drugs in the community will reduce the chances of people fall captive under the restraint of these drugs.
2. Creating strict rules in pharmacies for distribution of addictive medication without legal documentation from the ministry of health.
3. Build detox centers with modern technology specifically for victims of these drugs.
4. Increase security personnel around the borders of the country and use up-to-date machinery to display the illegal substances.
5. Increase surveillance on suspected places.
